My dealer only charges 4.0 hrs for a 2.8 T-belt.
Dont forget the price of the serp belt, both tensioners, the waterpump and coolant.

The 2.8 only needs it every 105,000 miles from what I've read. Or, am I wrong?

It also had 89,000 miles on it when I got it, I pulled the cover off as much as I could and it looks fine, but I just want to get it changed to be sure.

Lol, I noticed that too, but I didn't think much of it. It even reinforces the 105,000 miles on the timing belt at the bottom
