so, yesterday morning i started up my car and it said service oil under my odometer (where my trip deal is)...well, i was looking for something on audidiy.com and i stumbled upon THIS! it took no more than 10 seconds, and now i don't have to see "sevice oil" anymore upon starting!

I drive a 1998 A4 1.8TQM....oh, and I change my own oil and I don't have a vag...(don't just re-set the light! you have to change your oil!!)

 

awesome, mine just came on and I was hoping there was a way to get rid of it without buying a vag. (yes, I have changed the oil)
