hey, i got a humming coming at very low RPMs and when you get above about 1200 rpms, it stops, its louder inside the cab then in the engine compartment.

 

Teach it the words.

Seriously, not enough information. Is it high or low pitched, does the pitch increase if you speed up? Do you get the humming if the car is standing still or only if moving?
Right side or left side.
If you only get it while moving, what happens if you engage the clutch and change gears? Does it track the wheel speed or the engine speed?

Inquiring minds want to know.

 

Hey, sounds kind of odd, but try turning your climate control completely off and see if it goes away.

 

it did it w/o the a/c, but i think the fan was on, but even if it is the climate control, it shouldnt make a weird noise right?

it also does this weird thing w/ the steering wheel before its warmed up dont know how to explain the noise...
