im not sure on rebuilds cuz my buddy is doin it, but if there is shaft play, and you swap out the comp. housing, wont you have to do something to the exhaust turbine?.

and what if i found a perfectly good ko3s, would it be better to just slap it on there instead of re-building it with the kit i posted?

 

you just need one with a working wastegate and housings. the shaft play means nothing

 

how much could i get a k03 for that is crapped out?, or is that the $100 that you stated?

so buy i crapped out ko3 and this rebuild kit, but what kind of differences will i notice?, or what will it be capable of HP wise?

i know alot about cars, im just trying to get your guys opinion and past expierences with these mods ....i would like to either buy a ko3s thats in good working order, or find an old ko4 and put the comp wheel/housing on my existing ko3

 

Ask me or Chaos, ko4 or anything less waste of your money and you will regret it.

 

why try to buy a ko4 when a ko3 would work and in vast supply? Seriously, you make reading your threads hard and helping harder
