What brand of motor flush do you recommend? Is that the one where you add a litre of it in the crankcase and run the car for 5 minutes?

The list contained Mobil 1 0W-40 European Car Formula.

Yeah chriz? how many miles were on your car when you did this flush? did you have any leaking problems afterward? And doose what exactly does auto tranny fluid in the oil do

ATF has a lot of detergents in it so it scrubs the goo

I had about 85K the first time I did it, first oil change I did on the car and black goo instead of oil came out. the second time I did it (91K) the oil darkened alot but not like the first time

Im not sure the brand but yes it said put it in the engine when its warm then let the engine idle at 2000rpm for five minutes by holding the gas down then drain..
