It cahnges the shift time from .8 to .2 seconds. I f you run your car hard I think you'll be pleased with it. I believe it's around $250 for the chip

Thanks for all the input guys. I am going to do the exhaust and H Sport sway bars first. I am also thinking I am going to install the Forge DV also.
