But there really isn't any bolt-on's? i'm a machinist I was thinking if I bought a turbo kit for my car97'A4 2.8L 12V and retro fit any of the problems I might encounter on the stock manifold's what would be the draw backof turbo charging a 12V V-6 ( would the fuel delivery be insufficient or something?) Thanks for the correction and I definitly appreciate any response. I wanna learn aboutthe 4 ZERO's I own.

I have a fair amount of bolt ons - none have yielded a lot of gains. I am rather disappointed with the S3 MAF - not lot of gains as everyone raves. If you want to do a custom setup PLEASE do. You'll need a standalone engine management system, so go with something like a megasquirt.

Drawbacks:
no where to put the turbos in the engine bay
no software to run it
no standard parts, everything will need to be custom made.
Can the engine handle it? Who knows.
Cost will be well above what its worth for your heavy car.
your much better off to sell it, and buy a turbo or a 6cyl that can be supercharged.
