i install the OEM 710N DV today..... I feel like i lost a little power or i dont feel it to aggresive......before i felt it aggressive alll the time....what do you guys think?

 

more than likely placebo. check leakage around the DV. have some one rev the car, getting the DV to release, feeling with your hand for some air blow off. even then, a little bit of blow off isn't going to actually have a noticible effect.

 

make sure the small vacuum line is secure on the valve......then trace that hose back to the recirculating valve under the intake and make sure it is secure as well.


i had the same problem and found the line loose at the recirc. valve...........pita to get at

 

does the vaccum line has a clamp?

 

yes, at both the dv and at the recirc. valve

 

oh...when i took out the old Dv it didn't notice if it had a clamp so i guess it could be that......also is there a benefit on changing the recirc valve?

 

make sure its not on backwards too
