Read the install manual very closely. That piece you did not use has something to do with it. It is under STEP 11. "Install the inline filter in the boost hose. Cut the boost hose and install the filter with the enclosed zip ties. THIS FILTER IS REQUIRED TO ELIMINATE ANY BUZZING NOISES FROM THE GAUGE UNDER BOOST" If you did install the filter then flip it around and hook it up opposite of what you have now. Hope this helps.

If you cut and spliced the boost/vac line to the gauge, that is your problem. They will leak every time.

eh fak it, i think ill just buy resintall kit and do the piping to the mani again.

that filter is enclosed in plastic and is yellow/orangish right? where do i place that thing so it doesnt get damaged?

I put it under the steering column before I routed the hose through the firewall.

i belive ecstuning has it. and many other places, or just go buy vac hose from an auto store.
