I just purchased a 2002 A4 3.0L Quattro, and the only filter I could find for my car was a K&N replacement filter. I put it in today, and ever since, I can smell the oils from the filter coming through my vents....Did I do something wrong???....Should I put the original filter back in???...Thanks for the help!!!

 

hmmmm... you didnt put the KN in as your cabin filter did you, that would explain it coming through the vents... dont think it would fit in there tho

Just emagine puttin one of those if for a Pollen filter: I'm absolutely crackin up at the mo

One thing i will say is the K&N or any oil filta can stuff up u MAF, the Bosch MAFs dont like these filtas
