Hi,

I've just bought my first Audi, a 1997 A4 Avant 1.9TDi. Its really nice, but some of the instrument lights aren't coming up. I've noticed that the last owner had put a 10amp fuse in location 5 on the fuse panel which should have been a 5amp. Does anyone know if this is likely to have blown the board, the bulbs, or both? I'm no car expert, but I know that seeing the coil light this time of year would be quite useful

If anyone knows the answer, I would be very grateful (my Haynes manual arrives soon)
