My car was fairly loud for stock turbo/dv valve. The sound should get louder when I install a new DV, and definitly when I chip it. I'm very happy with the mod.
Oh it will. I have an intake with GIAC chip and Bailey DV and it's loud. Sounds great. From what I've heard Bailey makes the loudest DV.

what did you guys do to make the heatshield work with his intake/breather/tube, did you cut some of the sheat metal and just sit it on top, cause with my b5 and same heatshild, i just ran it through the hole, but yours is bigger and sticks out further

and jeff, once you get close to the 500 whp, wouldn't you need to beef up the tranny? or is that just on sti's? and 500whp in one of those has to be sick, cause a stock evo is sick to begin with....... makes me wanna keep my a4 and instead of gettting a b5 s when i pay it off get a evo, but i don't wanna buy a hp monster like that cause some kid probably owned it and ran the **** out of it........ oh wait they probably did that to the s as well

ya 340-350 is about right. but what makes it fast is that its light.
How are you making 350whp on a 16G turbo? I mean it can be done but not without race gas and 30+ psi of boost. That is 425+ hp at the crank!!!!! Not caling you a liar.....maybe you have upgraded the turbo
