So as I was driving this morning I was cruising at about 55-60 MPH and put my foot on the Gas...not light but not hard by any means....the car was at about 3000 RPM and it started revving up about 400 more and then revving down and it did this a few times real quick before I let my foot off the gas...if I accelerate slowly I don't have a problem and over the last few days I seem to have been losing my boost in the middle of accelerating...Is this the DV, maybe a hose, wastegate?

 

Could be either of those.
By your description it's hard to tell if it might even be your clutch.

 

something like that is usually caused by the waistgate how many pounds are you running?
