I've got a cracked tail lens (99 A4 2.8 30v Q), it doesn't leak cause the previous owner had it glued together but you can see the glue if you look close enough. My question is this first: does anyone make smoked lenses for the A4's ( I hate the look of the clear/red/alteeza style) and also, is this too close to rice? I'd hate to have people think it was a Honda!

That's probably the best way to go, any idea on where to get a replacement lens? used or new?

 

u can try a wreakers for a used one or maybe ebay

 

i got a pair of e-code tails from avalon motorsports. they look real good

 

you could try getting a used pair on car-part.com

If you get a set try to get a 99+ lenses, they look the best of the B5 taillights.

 

I like the smoked or stock look. Altezza = boo........

 

i used to have the smoked inpro tails and after a few years the "smoke"wore off and they started to look pink
