just triple check that you're at TDC and then DON'T TURN the cam and crank shafts. i marked everything lightly with chaulk to satisfy my fears.

 

Well... I didn't get to do it cos it took me about 2 hours to get the bumber off (stupid I know, but it was dark and I decided that beer was a better option). I am going to try again next weekend possibly & take the bumpar off the night before so I can start first thing in the morning. :-(

That whole "push down, pull towards back of car" thing completely had me frothing at the mouth.

do a snub too while u have all the stuff off.

 

You know...... I wouldn't have even bothered trying to do this myself unless I had all of your guys support. Thanks heaps Boys & Girls. I will certainly keep you posted with the progress.
