Jolt in my car - maybe new brakes?

So when I put the car in park the car wobbles back and forth for a bit ... also since recently my transmission comes into safe mode randomly - is my transmission shot?

Have tje car Vagged and see what codes are there from the TCU.

IT could be transmission of TCU problems.
