endtanks i have seen for around $30 a side and then to have someone weld it average i've been quoted $60 an hour and then to clean that thing up, It would be a little more but less agravation to just buy a new core. I have been wanting to redo mine, i have all the new piping but im waiting to find the right core. Precision and spearco make really good intercoolers but top $$$
