Is your reading comprehension bad or do you just not pay attention? Read it again, he said what it does

until it stops making that faint high-pitch sound. about 10-12 seconds or whatever.

mine car holds 5psi and spikes at like 6psi. and 20 vacume at idle. i think i have a leak somewhere. i was going to check it this week but now my car has bigger problems. your car will prolly be fine if you are getting a chip in it. just delete the codes now and see if they come back and then go from there

Once you check for vacuum leaks and replace the hoses (if that's one of the problems) and the boost stays low, keep in mind you could also have a faulty boost gage. It's improbable, coming from a reputable vendor, but things could always get by some QA depts, especially if it was checked on a Monday morning or Friday afternoon (or anytime like this week before a holiday).

What do you mean there is no TB alignment on DBC cars? I can do one on mine. It will make the hi-pitch noise and also will run like crap if I disconnect the battery for a while and then just start it w/out letting it sit in the on position.

I think the high pitch noise you're hearing is the fuel pump. As for running like crap, that could be your secondary air pump.
