'03 1.8t Q w/ 80K mi.

Recently had my turbo rebuilt... Finished up the install today and went to start the car... it started up, but I went to look at the engine and noticed the throttle body inlet hose was collapsed, so I shut down, Removed the hose and restarted... idles fine now, but what the hell could be causing this? The turbo spins pretty freely by hand but it would seem that air isn't flowing through the compressor now??

Also the oil supply fitting is leaking oil. This is the first turbo car I've worked on, so I'm trying to learn all I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
