Default Just purchased a 2003 Audi A4 1.8T, issue after leaving dealership. Please help!!!

I just picked up my A4 this morning, test drove it last week no issues. I have a recent mechanic safety record from the dealer and checked service and car history no issues or so I think?

Everthing was fine today (the day I picked up the car) until I saw the oil light blinking and a wierd noise comming from the engine. This was after about 1.5 hours of driving? Then the check engine light came on. I pulled to a gas station and checked the oil. My dip stick is dark black so it's hard to tell but the car just got an oil change. Not sure if it was low or not I bought some synthetic and put the whole bottle in. If the oil was just changed I'd think that I should have seen it overflow but it didn't although I didn't notice any oil leaks?

I rubbed the dip stick on a piece of paper before and after adding and did not see anything weird regarding the color??

When I turn on the engine it seems to rattle loudly and when driving and I keep hearing this kind of whiping/whooping noise comming from underneath the car. very weird noise?

I still have bumper to bumper warranty (thank god) and have road side assistance free as well. I'm going to take it in tomorrow to get a tech to look at it but was wondering if anyone knows what the problem might be.

First Audi I'm I'm very distraught right now.

Know I'm all paranoid cause all I read is that sluge problems may not be covered by warranties if you don't have all oil reciepts???

Sludge kit. Or engine depending on how long you drove it.

If you only drove 150 miles , they should cover it under warranty.

You don't know if you needed oil, so you put in a whole bottle huh... Wow. And I thought selling my air bags was a horrible idea.
