That dude tatman9999 that was asking about it later upgraded to pc-16 as well. I read that in a later thread.

Try some searches yourself just search like:

tip ko4

tip pc-16

and stuff like that, there is a lot to read.

GOOD LUCK! Maybe sometime in the near future I will be looking into KO4 with my tip, can't afford it righ tnow though...

i don't have actual gains to give you yet...but going from 150 to say 270 would be 120hp gain lol, doubt that really answers your question tho lol

i remember doing doing some research on the internets and it was like 240bhp (non agressive file) and about the same for torque.. ko3 is like 150hp. i have read/done this for my car, u need 5bar FPR..i also got some new spark plugs because mine had a lot of mileage and were misfiring because of the coil pack on 2 cylinders...i upgraded one other thing, but can't remember wut it was atm.

i have read many times that it's not a good idea to put the pc-16 file on a tip tranny so you'll have to get a level10 tranny plus bigger injectors and of course exhaust work will be needed, oh yeah and a FMIC.

You can fun a K04 with an aggressive file with a tiptronic, but you will need a tip chip for the transmission (assuming you have a B5).

You will need a bigger exhaust, an upgraded diverter valve, and a FMIC wont hurt.
