Hi everyonez. My K04 is whining like a kid that just got spanked and told he wasn't ever aloud to have candy again. I bought it 6 months ago so it's still under warranty. I called the place i bought it from (not going to mention who it was until after this whole situation is resolved) took weeks to get back to me about returning it for replacement after a few calls/messages and some emails, when they did i was told that Bog Warner was very slow to handle they warranty inspections and replacements. he said that "they have never seen one go bad and it's normally from incorrect installation" (doesn't that contradict itself, they have never seen a bad one, but it's normal for them to go bad with an incorrect installation?). i have been told to send the turbo into them and they would send it to Bog Warner. the slow response from the place i bought the turbo from makes me wonder if it is really just them that is making this a slow process since this is not making them any money, they called me the day the order was placed to confirm everything and it was shipped the same day, it just sounds like they don't care much for after the sale support. unfortunately this is a rather talked about supplier on this site, so i am going to see how this turns out before i start naming anyone or any companies.

My question is has anyone dealt with a with sending in a K04 for warranty and how long did it take to get a replacement once you sent it out? did you send it back directly the the MFG or the retailer you bought it from?
