I own A4(B5) 1.8t from 96. I have a problem when i put the key in to start the car sometimes it starts and goes down again in 1 sec, and the indication of he key comes up on the dash board. I have taken the mechanic advice and got a new key with chip and its still the same. Is there anything else i can do or try before taking it to the audi garage and spending all my money?
