My buddy ordered the Ko4 turbo from a 225hp Audi TT for his Jetta and found that it want work on a Jetta and only works on audi A4's and the passat so he wants me to buy it for a very low price, but my question is will this work on my ride, whats the difference between the 180hp audi TT turbo and the 225hp TT turbo, and is it the same Ko4 from AWE or ESC tunning, is it true they make different type of Ko4's for our car, I'M CONFUSED ON THIS KO4 THING I THOUGHT THERE WERE ONLY ONE KO4???????????help help

 

its a k04-23 the one awe sells is a k04-15. i wouldnt buy it. although you can use it but you will need a custom tune to make it run right

 

If your buddy ordered the one from the TT, then it will work in his jetta... the TT k04's will NOT work on our cars, or passats...
they WILL work on golfs/gti's and jettas.

Your buddy either ordered the wrong one, or was dropping some acid when he decided it wont work on his car.

dude a k04 that fits our car is pretty close in cost to that so why not just get one. i think a guy called rippen ralf sells em for 750 ish

 

Or you could buy mine, $ 710 shipped with the install kit, brand new. IF you want pics i can send them to anyone who is interested, I took it out of the box to see what it looks like and has never seen outside. IT is a K04-15. I also have a testpipe and injectors FS.

 

if you were here in Dallas I would be interested I try not to spend too much money on the internet, but how much for the test pipe
