Koni sport suspension
I have a 2000 Audi A4 with about 100,000 miles on it and I need to put new suspension on it. It's been making pretty bad creaking noises in the back (which I've read on here could actually be the control arms- I'm hoping its the shocks/bushings since that's what i'm replacing). I'm thinking of putting the Koni sport kit (shocks and springs) all around on the car. I want the car to handle nicely, but I don't want the suspension to be too stiff as I still would like a smooth ride. Does anyone have any experience with these shocks? Also- will replacing the shocks/bushings stop the creaking noise.
The creaking noise is more likely coming from your control arms.
They typically need to be replaced anywhere from as early as 60k miles.
We carry a great kit which replaces all the control arms at a great price.
The KONI Sport kits on the 2000 model are a great option however only available for the Frontrak, not Quattro. We carry this kit, along with several other options. Feel free to email if you have any questions.

I actually already bought the Koni sport suspension kit from tirerack.com. I've heard of the control arm problems, but I thought that was mostly with the front end of the car, and my creaking is coming from the back end. Could this be the control arms too? and if so- which control arms do I need to buy just for the back end?
