Default Koni vs. H&R coilovers

AF-ers,

Does any of you have any experience with both of these coilovers for the B5?

I care a lot about ride quality; in which case I am looking at the Koni since they are damping adjustable.
The downside of these Konis are the fact that they are hard to adjust when it comes to height.

However, the H&R are not damping adjustable. How harsh do they ride?
I know that these H&R are easier for height adjustments.

Any comments, thoughts, and suggestions are welcomed.

I would like to thank all of you in advance.

I have stasis streetsports which are basically Konis that stasis valves for the B5's weight, and I love them. I haven't had a problem with adjusting the height or anything, the ride is great to me, but I have nothing to compare it to.

If I were looking at coilovers again, the only two I would consider are Stasis Streetsports and Startup Racing's Vogtland GT coilovers.

I got STASIS Koni's as well. I did change the spring perch height from the locations where they were shipped at, so I'll be able to tell you exactly where to put the perches for the ride height you want. I recorded the measurements from when I installed mine and after they settled. I got pics in some earlier posts Dec 07 and Jan 08, so just search or PM me if you want pics. I'm still either gonna lower my fronts a 1/2" or raise my rears. Since I haven't bottomed out, I'm probably gonnna lower the front some more... but I have to seeif 17" or 18" wheels will raise or lower the rideheight over the 15" stockers.Feel free to PM me w/ anyquestions on the STaSIScoilovers.I got them from supremepowerparts.comfor $985 with free shipping -thebest price Icould findlast month.
