with dbw, at least with these cars, if your actual boost is even a little higher than what is requested you are looking for problems, cel's, and codes. SmokeU i have seen 23 or so psi with my car before but that was in the cooler months, and only spiking to 23, not holding it for very long. Us DBW's have a boost sensor in the IC and i think that and the electronic boost controler would conflict.

RLB6 those electronic units are really pricey bro! compared to a $35 under the hood MBC run with my n75 in order to control the spike. but thank you for the info. if i had that money i would just go BT and forget about overboosting!!!
