last question before i buy..

The car i want is exactly the same specs in this sticker price..
I am really close to getting the 2000 audi a4, 2.8 with 83k miles. its silver with black leather interior. test drove it and it was great.
It hasnt had the timing belt job yet ,but he just did a 1k$ job with the breaks and rotors.he just put on new continental extreme contact tired, the back rim is a lil bent though

He showed me all the audi dealer bills for the jobs...
he said 9800$ would be pushing it, if i can get it for that .. is that a good price??
uh ya thats a good price deff..autos resale for much more and its a 2.8. man i cant believe that these cars dont hold resale worth ****...oh ya and ull deff want to get that timing belt done..prob set ya back 5-800 bux depending on where u take it. i have some place thats gonna do it for 350
Good deal! The engine can run over 300,000km generally. However, don't forget to check the engine oil level every month as factory data allows 2 litre oil burnt for a month. If the engine oil is not enough, the engine will be damaged and the repairing cost will be around 8,000.
the car isnt for 9800
bond007 is offering the guy 9800 for the car
i think that is pushin it man go on recycler.com or autotrader.com and see how much they are going for then give him a reasonable offer

$9800 is low ballin it but if you can go for it. It never hurts to try right. I bought my 99.5 in September for 10,500 with 72,000 miles on it to give you an idea. Good luck with your purchase
kbb trade in value was 9550$ (in my area) so don't you think he's lookin for just a little more than that? seems lika a pretty good deal to me.
