3 k, drop adn mash it. if your revvs stay up and your transmission doesnt catchup, let off the throttle a little till ti grabs.

that is assuming you ahve a stock clutch

Hmm... What do the pros do? Like if they had a stock car, cause I know revving it above 5k is bad for stock =\

You want to get the revs around 3k.

Then let out the clutch fairly slowly till it catches, do not drop the clutch, it bogs out.

Once it begins to catch, quickly let it out the rest of the way, and floor it.

I have experimented with this a lot with the stock cluctch, IMHO, this is the best launch with stock clutch.

<---- Us auto guys preload, and let go of the brake, haha! Who needs a clutch?

Actually, I wish my car was a 5 speed, cuz then I'd actually track the thing. But rolling grandma status has its bene's.

ouch.

I wanted an Auto, because at the time of purchase I was driving at least an hour each way to work in traffic. Now that I live in the middle of nowhere, I wish I had bought a MT. Oh well, I still love the car regardless, and this way I don't beat on it so hard.
