ran the lines this weekend, mouted the turbo... removed the intake and pretty much cleaned and checked for broken vac lines..

are these lines to close for comfort... ???

hey whats up...

Finally my intercooler showed up... but its a universal.
It seems that quite a bit of cutting of the bumper will need to be required. lol

i just hope i have a bumper at the end of the install.
lol

heres a few pics







its a 2.5in piping..

and the size of the intercooler is 28' (including the tanks), by 9, by 2.75 thick.

what you guys think... ? do i need to go bigger with this gt30 install.

 

that is one HUGE freaking intercooler... ur gonna have a hell of a time getting it to fit and look half way decent.... i would look into the rs4 bumper or the reiger front rs4 look bumper.. those both have more room for an intercooler that big.. maybe even an s4 bumper...
