Default losing boost, takes longer to spool, possible leak?

i put in a agency power hybrid bov but plumbed it back 100% and the first time i got it, it boosted really slowly and i was boosting about 13lb's compared to my original 15lbs" (giac flash), and then i unplugged it and it was then spiking 17 and then down to 15, but i noticed my car idle'd a lil funny, so i plumbed it back again and i made sure everything was tightened, but now on my vac it read a lil above 20, when before it was on 20 or under 20, could it be a possible boost leak or defective valve

If it aint broke, oh well anyways. Take the stupid bov off and put everything back the way it was. Make sure you didnt break any lines or leave anything loose in the process.
