yeah it really sucks, but her insurance is taking really good care of me. the adjuster said it was around 3300 worth of damage. we called the 5-0 but they would not come out to the scene, as no one was injured. I am getting a counter report on monday when the highway patrol office opens. and her insurance got me an 05 a4 fronttrack auto as a rental. Furthermore the car is being fixed at audi so all and all i am very pleased, all things considered.

Good rental, good shop fixing it... yeah, you really couldn't have it any better! Glad to hear they are being good to you... makes me hate insurance companies slightly less... but only slightly.

 

yeah her insurance is AAA and they have called me three times today just to make sure everything is dandy. the car will be fixed using all audi genuine parts and the adjuster added the cost of new wheels and tires to the price. i can not say im not pleased with the way they are going about fixing my car but i am still really mad that it happened. It just seems that it is not even my car when i look at the pictures...

Yeah hopefully audi does a good job repairing it... I know when my parents old 96 a4 was hit, it was repaired at the audi dealership, and came back to us covered in overspray! Black overspray on a black car... so you couldn't SEE it... but you could feel it, when waxing it. Not really a huge deal, I guess... since it was black... but, that sort of thing shouldn't happen at the dealer!

 

Have a real good look at paint job in differant light.My monster-in-law had her door re-sprayed and it took 3 attempts to match it
up.
