A couple of questions
I have a 1998 A4 1.8T Quattro and i need to do a 90K service (eventough i am at 105k). Can anyone tell me what the 90k service involves since I know I can do most of it myself (I also got the timing belt replaced a week ago). A list of items that needs to be done would be of great help.
I am also looking for recommendations on the best airfilter and spark plugs to use.
Thank you.

RE: A couple of questions
Just do all of the obvious stuff.. Well do it all...
Oil/filter
air filter
fuel filter
T-belt/tensioner/cam seals if it hasnt been done
check all other belts
power steering/rad/brake fluid flush
spark plugs
change tranny/differential fluids
check valve cover gasket for leakage
check brake pads/rotors for wear
check windshield wipers
check all lights
CHECK EVERYTHING
I probably forgot some stuff but just go over everything and that would be a good 90k mile service.
Might want to lube joints including sunroof track...
Wash/detail!

RE: A couple of questions
Thanks for the info.
I've already done my t-belt/tensioner, as welll as all the other belts. Flushed my radiator and replaced pads and rotors.
Do you have any info on how to change the tranny/diff fluid, and flush the barke and steering fluids?
Also can you recommend good spark plugs and airfilter. I was planning on using a K&N but I read some mixed reviews on them when it comes to the 1.8T engine, should I stick to OEM parts on both spark plugs and airfilter.
Thanks again.
