Default maintenance questions

So I was looking at my engine the other day... Fixing the secondary fan, and doing a seafoam treatment. I noticed a couple of things. My injectors are leaking and my valve cover gasket is leaking (very minor).

I am thinking that I need to get new injector o-rings and a VC gasket, and I don't know when my fuel filter was replaced so I figured I will do that as well.

Questions:
Injector o-rings simple enough? Do I need to get anything other than just the o-rings?
VC gasket looks simple, are there any other gaskets or seals that I need to get? A kit of some sort?
Fuel filter - do I need a special tool? I know there is a diy for this, I just didn't read it all the way through yet. I remember seeing that it is pita to do on the quattro b5, but I didn't see anything about a special tool.
Last one: recommended site to order this stuff cheap... but not cheap quality?
