ORIGINAL: Redgoat

personally I would say sell your current ride and use that money along with the 10grand and get an S4.. just my 2 cents
wow i keep reading post after post thinking SOMEONE would beat me to it, im surprised it took as long as it did. this should be a no brainer you could get a super nice S4 for the combine total of both your cars sold. you could buy a stage III S4 for 20 grand and still have some money left over for gas.

Keep in mind... Daily Driver! It needs to be somewhat reliable, and it can't be an S4... Seriously, I can't afford anything for that car.

you could afford it if you can afford to toss 10g's into your daily driver.. but if your content on your current car.. def throw a big *** turbo on there..

The greatest advice I've heard in regards to financial advice......
"MATURITY IS THE ABILITY TO POSTPONE PLEASURE"
If I would have taken that advice when I was 18... and put the $$$ into a Roth IRA or a house... i'd be rolling right now. But I blew all my $$$ on my car back when I was 18 b/c i wasn't very mature w/ my money... i felt like I always had to spend it....

I'm not flaming ya... just giving you some advice. Find a happy median and drop $4g's into the car, keep $2g's in a savings acct. and drop another $4g's into a Roth IRA. No joke. It will be THE SMARTEST thing you could do AND the car still gets some lovin'

yeah but you only live once.. and sometimes i think the memories you would have with a car are def worth it.. once you get a family going you are less likely to be able to have such modded rides.. but yeah invest some, and blow the rest!! that way you wont regret it

I'm not trying to blow my money... I work VERY hard to obtain my money, and I like to spend it how I see fit. I'm sure I may look back one day, and say "Well, life would be much simpler now, if I hadn't of spent $30,000 on a Civic... Damn I was stupid." But honestly, if I save all my money up for a life that MAY happen, I'll never be able to enjoy my present years... Why I say "MAY" is who knows, I may die in a year, never being able to enjoy what I've earned.

The best advice I've ever recieved, was given to me by an older friend... "Jordan, you've got to learn to say Fück it. Whatever you lose money wise, you can always make back. Trick is, just don't go into debt unless you need to. Have fun with your money, because one day, you're going to have obligations."

So far this theory hasn't steered me wrong... I've had some amazing cars, that I wouldn't have built if I had saved the money for a house. One thing I always do with my projects, is I ALWAYS find a way to turn a profit. It's different with the Audi, the Audi's just a toy that I don't mind taking a hit on. But you get the idea.

Eventually... For now I think a GTRS kit with supporting modifications will do just fine. After the car's payed off, time for a Full-Race Top Mount with a 4" downpipe.
