Default mileage

is mileage an overwhelming factor when considering an S4?

I'm not sure if 82k is too much on an '00. Obviously it would be cool if the 80k maintence was performed and everything was straight. The car looks immaculate

Its tough finding a decent S4 in my price range and I have been looking at 02-03 A4's... but just on autotrader right now and I haven't really gone and lurked around car dealers.

I'm ready to hop on the audi train its just I can't search on this forum for some reason, and I would really like the opinions of some owners.

the s4 is ***** and i'd def. rather have one than a b6 a4 for a couple g's less.

and i don't want to buy a b5 a4... just because i love the b6 styling waaay more. i am sort of caught in the middle though

If it's been well taken car off you shouldn't have to worry that much.

This might get a better response in the S4 forums, though instead of the A4 forums.

Keep in mind that the timing belt might not have been changed. That will be an added expense for you. TB's should be changed around 80k miles or so.
