i was wondering if anyone has had problems with a magnaflow muffler being installed on a 99.5 quartto 1.8t a4.....its this one just incase it matters http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...ne=main&id=762

ps i noticed that the original muffler came in at the back but it was in the corner( not like a center or side inlet)

 

yes there will need to be some modification but it will fit. the tube from the resinator to the muffler will need to be cut off and a new reshaped piece will need to go there.

 

That is awfully expensive.....got one for 160 new.....except my tips come up

 

i got it on ebay for 100 bucks shipped. not to bad i thought
