it reallly does look like you have not top end at least in the 0-60 videos..... your boost guage takes it's sweet time getting to max psi
but you have a real camera right, like the one you used for pc-16 trip(s)
take it on there, then you should be able to tell what your exact time is and the video will be clearer

Good god man, that is slow as hell! I think that when I had my A4 stock it was faster than that!! Lol sorry to add to your sorrow... I hope you can get that worked out Josh. Or you could always come join the 2.7T club with us?
So does anyone think that my problem could be not having any FMIC? Someone please help me. I am going to see how much it would be to have my tranny fluid topped off today. I don't really have the stuff to do that myself.

i think you just need a tip chip and you should have a 6.x second 0-60. mine seems to accelerate a little bit faster than yours and my boost is like always the same no matter what gear im in. i'll try and take some vids tomorrow. i just can't launch it cause of the new clutch so its gona have to be a 5-65 roll or sumthin lol. i just need to find a way to mount the camera on the steering wheel cause its hard to hold the wheel, a camera, and shift at the same time
well thats weird, im running a stock k03 with an MBC on 14psi, and mine is7.x sec atleast. and on your 40-80....try doing a brake boost...that will help a ton.

But the SMIC on those cars are designed for that turbo! If you are running a bigger turbo than the SMIC was designed for, in this case the SMIC was designed for the K03, than you are going to loose power. Even GIAC website says that you need a FMIC. I have one in Spokane that I am going to install as soon as I get back up there.
And you did say that the SMIC is better than the FMIC. Read your other post!

and having a fmic isnt gonna make your slow *** tip any faster...
and a K03 on the same psi as a K04 should be about the same heat....and many chip companies dont recomend an FMIC for there K03 chips.

It allows you to not detonate which makes it so the you can have more timing which makes it so you have more power.
