I am a newbie from Perth Australia, today my 1996 V6 Audi A4 hit 302,000kms. I have driven it for about 4 years now. Engine and transmission are original, still going very strong. Anyone here have a similar oor high kms/milage than my car? I would like to know what to expect and what I have to look out for? Thanks

I change my engine oil every 5000km (15-40W rating) and the following are my major serivce jobs that I have done in the past 4 years of ownership

Flush transmission fluids

One problem that I am experiencing now is, very frequently my headlights does not want to come on after I start the car. But if I turn the headlights on before the car starts, it works normally. Any idea?
