no its not a house plug, you take off the connectors that connect to your stock H7's and they are female spade connectors. you take each one and put it on what looks like a house plug. you dont need the ground as its already there. then you take the ballast/igniter and it connects to the bulb with those waterproof connectors and then the other end of the house plug connect to the female plug on the ballast/igniter. dont see nothing wrong with your kit.
