Hi, Im thinking about purchasing a 99 audi with 91k for around 7 gs. Now my question has anybody expierenced any problems with an audi of this year and at this mileage and is there any common defect that I should look out for? Also is the price a pretty good deal? Please I really would appreciate anybodys knowledge and expiernce , thanks

 

Not a bad price I paid 7100 for my 99.5 with 111K miles on it. A few problems I have experienced are: ABS pump went out which cost 700 for a used one, turbo went out, 1100 for a new K03 installed ( make sure the turbo builds boost), also I had a few oil leaks so make sure there is no oil leaking. Check the front suspension, make sure its not making weird noises or making cracking sounds. Be sure that the timing belt and water pump have been changed.
