Default NEED HELP PLEASE? 04 a4 driverside headlight problem

I put in some hid's a while ago, everything was smooth until after i noticed that the driverside headlight did not go in flush unlike the psgrside did. at the time i thot it was no big deal until i noticed the driverside light beams way higher than it use to, and i have tried many time to fit the headlight in flush, but yet no luck to make it fit flush like it use to, and the driverside beam still shoots too high, any ideals on what it might be? Please help
