16826 P0442 could be a loose or faulty gas cap.

when was the last time the codes were cleared? You really have no idea of knowing how old these codes are. Reset them and see if they come back. Or is there an actual problem you are debugging?

None of these are really a big deal. Just make sure your gas cap is tight.

01367 - Central Locking Pump Run Time Exceeded (Likely Leak) - This is probably not a leak. As long as all of your doors are locking properly you are fine. This type of code tends to appear occasionally. If this code comes back continuously, then you have a problem.

Clear the codes (if you haven't already), and see if they come back.

16826 - EVAP Emission Control Sys: Small Leak - This is causing your CEL.
Bentley manual says to check the EVAP canister purge regulator valve (N80). First check fuses 28, 32, and 34. Not exactly sure which one, but they all have to do with the fuel system. Next, the N80 valve is located over the airbox (see pic). Pull off the connector and check the resistance with a multimeter. It should read within 22-30 ohms. Make sure the ignition is off for this. Hopefully this helps.
