Need Help w/ Misfire - 2.8L A4 (B5)
Recently my 98 A4 Quattro 2.8L (90k) has been idleing rough around 500 rpm. Took it to 2 shops and everything seemed to be fine to them. Today when I took it out the Check Engine Light turned on and was blinking which reads a misfire. I'm hooking it up tomorrow to see what codes they throw at me, but first of I checked all the plugs and wires and all seemed firing correctly. But what confused me was the fact that when i took out the spark plugs the tip was covered in oil on every plug. Typically that's not good at all. I also took off the pvc valve to see if it was blowing smoke, and indeed it was. What could this problem be? I'm clueless and starting to get pissed off with the car, but I love my Audi so I need it fixed. Anyone have any advice?

The check engine light showed the Idle Air Conrol Valve is bad. Where is this located on '98 2.8l, code AHA? I've looked everywhere online and cannot find anything. Any ideas???
