Default Need opinions for those who've had a new OEM clutch installed

This past week I took the time to install a new clutch by myself. I purchased a OEM clutch from ECS tuning, Sachs is the brand I believe. I've been waiting all weekend and the first two days of this week for my new tires so I could try this out and make sure everything works before my long drive tomorrow. But as my luck would have it my tires still aren't in so I put the old one back on and took it out for a drive. As expected the clutch grabs nice and low to the floor like it should, but my concern is the ease of the pressure required to push the pedal now. My old (factory orginal luk) was much harder to push then this one and I'm wondering if that is normal. I bled the line properly and the clutch holds real well, like it should. If this is normal then all the better, I'm just going to have to learn how to drive my car again. Any opinions? Anyone else experience this?

Thanks
