check ur vaclines over and over and over

yeah, i think i will have to turn that engine bay upside down, i now notice a screeching (like a split or blown hose) from 20-25 psi

i assume i am boosting to 25 psi because of this leak.

damn there is alot of ground to cover under that hood.

anybody successfuly made a pressure tester for the 1.8T ???

i guess similar to the AWE 2.7 pressure tester

ok, i made the pressure tester, no leaks at all. pressure tested up to 20 psi

checked the resistance on the n75 from ecs. it was at 27.5 ohms

checked the factory n75. it checked in at 29.5 oms.

checked hose to and from the n75 for kinks. pulled out the ecu and unplugged it to reset adaption.checked wiring to n75.

still slow factory like accel. but boost spikes at 25 psi and settles at 20 psi.

its like the turbo spools up the boost but the engine doesnt rev up with it

i have a generic vag cable but laptop is inop at the moment. i guess i could move the pc to the garage and try there

OK... check your fuel filter. It may be clogged up a fair bit. Also Triple triple triple check all the hoses are right & that there is no cracks in them. Some you might not be able to see. My mate had a Nissan 240sx & fucked it cos he put something on wrong and it loaded up to 25 psi & blew the thing apart.

Take it back to the tuner who installed the K04 software, and have him check it out.
