hows the wear and noise on the avons?

 

I really have no Idea but I do value what this site has to say about diff tire and as far as they are conserned. they are the best ultra all seasons.

Awesome on both accounts. Wear is better than I expected. I've got prolly 6k on them and they don't show a thing.

As for noise, to be honest, I haven't really noticed any noise on the highway. Then again, I don't get to do a lot of hwy driving, but from what I remember they are really pretty decent.

also, kyle in your sig it says borla exhaust soon to come.. are you getting a borla exhaust and then having custom piping made? if so what muffler are you getting? (you can pm me I dont mean to thread jack)

Goodyear F1 GS D3. Great grip, low noise, good wear, excellent in the wet - and they look cool too. Can't go wrong with them.

 

Yeah if I lived in USA I'd be driving Avon's likely... but I just replaced my kick *** firestone firehawk SZ50EP's with a narrower 225 (coming from a 235) tire... I went with General Exlaim UHP's, and they are very, very nice. They are cheap, but once again tirerack gave them an awesome review... I am coming from the firehawks which are stellar tires, and these generals don't have me pissed off -- so that's good news.
