Hi, I'm new here.

I have an Audi 1.9 TDI, 1998.
Love the car, has never let me down. I travel from Barcelona to France quite often and I'm very happy with my baby.

However.....went to the shops this afternoon and when I got back in the car, I started it and put the aircon on and .........NADA, RIEN DU TOUT, just didn' t work. It was working this morning.

My beams are working. I have just changed the distribution belt and just travelled 1500 kms in a week. The car ran perfectly.
Any idea as to what happened and what I can do to fix that?

Could it be a fuse? Flat battery? I have no clue about cars.

All the help is truly appreciated.
