Sorry I didn't quite know where to put this, but it is a project for my A4.

I need two 90 degree bends or one 180 degree bend aluminum piping with a diameter of 3". Does anyone know where I can find such piping with a very tight bend radius???

What radius and what wall thickness? Suggest tubing and not pipe and also probably a mandrel bender.

 

Yes, I agree we all need a tight one... as for the tubing, I need aluminum, not aluminized, tubing that make 180 degree turn and a preferred mandrel bend radius of 3"...

 

There is aluminum (as well as aluminized) 90s on that page. You can cut and weld them together if you need to. Radius looks like its close to what you need.

If those still are not good enough, you can always look up 'CNC tubing bender'. These things can make whatever you want within reason. Lots of available shops that have them (on the internet). I have had them do some nice stuff for me for work related projects.
