If you are looking for a stand alone unit most Audi owners use 034 motorsport efi. The most I have ever heard of a K03 turbo 1.8t putting out was 268hp with a very agressive tune, injectors (not that big), exhaust with test pipe, front mount intercooler, water/meth injection, light wieght fly wheel and clutch, and an 034 motorsport stand alone unit. You would need to increase the ignition timing and fuel curve.

 

dude I dont think your plan is gunna work at all, im sorry but these cars just dont react well to giving them just fuel and boost and the dtec system while workin on the srt4s and rex's probably isnt the best bet on your audi, save the money and buy a chip or at least go 034efi where you can at least control the timing as well

 

i've seen an a4 puttin out 337 awhp and 20 psi. this will pry get me more power than a chip though

 

never mind thats not with the k03 turbo

 

but thats with a biger turbo. sure your k03e could spike at 21, but it could never hold that to redline. a turbo that gives 20hp at 5.5k rpm would give u good power. a turbo with 20 psi at 7k rpm would give you great power, but if you even tried to force that much exaust through a k03, not only would your engine not be abel to do it, but also your k03 would turn into an over sized lightbulb, explode, and then your engine compartment would be covers in gooey glowing metal

 

650cc injectors are WAY too large. Even 440cc injector provide too much fuel. It will not work. What year and engine do you have?

 

that 337whp was me on a t3t4. ko3 wont even get close. 660cc are way to big i was running 550cc
dont tune with that. i now have an evo and know how that system works and its a no go on the audi
